CILD

Child Innovation Leadership and Development ‘CILD’ is an innovation highlighting the importance of career and life development of young generation. ‘CILD’ aims to support children academically and behaviorally. This innovation contains two parts, first part which refers to supporting children academically where the second part will guide young adults through their path and lead them to achieve their career goals. Implementing mentor programs will provide motivational support to children. This project will improve children transition into life, academically and socially.
