What We're Looking For
We’re searching for someone who brings both expertise and heart someone who thrives on initiative and understands the power of meaningful communication.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
High flexibility and ability to manage dynamic, evolving tasks.
Strong experience in digital marketing and content strategy.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
The ability to build and lead a team, assign responsibilities, and delegate efficiently.
A strong commitment to executing a shared vision with clarity and consistency.
Strategic thinking with the capacity to propose and implement new communication channels.
Diligence in documentation, reporting, and performance analysis.
Trial Phase
To ensure a smooth transition, the selected candidate will begin with a 3-month trial period, during which they will:
Gradually assume responsibilities with full support and guidance.
Present a clear work plan, including team structure and timelines.
Propose new ideas, tools, or platforms to improve internal and external marketing efforts.
Demonstrate leadership, communication, and consistent follow-through.
This phase is designed to allow both the candidate and Syrpronet to build trust, align expectations, and assess long-term fit.
